Polisher Compensation:

$18-$22 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday-Friday | On-site in Boynton Beach, FL We're hiring a Jeweler Apprentice / Polisher to join our workshop. This role is for someone who either: Has basic experience in jewelry polishing or comes from a hands-on trade and wants to learn bench jewelry work. You'll be working with small parts, tools, and fine details every day. This is hands-on, repetitive work that requires focus and consistency.

Responsibilities:

Polish rings and fine jewelry before and after stone setting. Perform rhodium plating and finishing. Check pieces for quality and consistency. Assist with basic workshop tasks and repairs.

Requirements:

1-2 years of polishing experience or hands-on trade background (mechanic, technician, etc.). Good hand skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with small, delicate items. Reliable and consistent at work. Willing to learn and take direction.
