Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Jewelry Repair Consultant to join our team! In this energetic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking jewelry repair services, providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service. Your expertise will help build lasting client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical knowledge with sales acumen in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Assist customers by explaining jewelry repair options, timelines, and pricing with enthusiasm and clarity Manage the entire repair process from initial consultation through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step Work closely with jeweler Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and follow-up to foster loyalty and repeat business Collaborate with management on sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts to expand customer base Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage appointments, and follow up on repair services Negotiate repair estimates while maintaining a focus on customer needs and expectations Requirements Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer service-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets and close deals confidently Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds while demonstrating professionalism and technical knowledge Familiarity with jewelry repair processes or technical sales experience is highly desirable Retail experience with customers Join our team as a Jewelry Repair Consultant where your passion for craftsmanship combined with your customer service expertise will create memorable experiences for our customers.
