Job Specific and Unique Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrates knowledge and training in wig fitting - customizes fit according to patient's need. Demonstrates knowledge and ability to measure and fit all compression garments whether custom or over the counter. Essential Tasks and Responsibilities Performs body measurements of patients to insure proper fit of over the counter or custom items being ordered. Research insurance policy coverage and determine what items are covered. Communicates information to patient. Maintains invoices matched with packing slips of ordered items and submit to accounts payable with appropriate accounting codes in a timely manner. Formulates pricing policies on merchandise according to requirements for profitability of store operations. Coordinates sales promotion activities and prepares merchandise displays and advertising. Orders merchandise and prepares requisitions to replenish merchandise on hand. Evaluates and selects new products to sale. Responsible for marketing of retail shop. Provides customer service for patients and customers. Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
