What You'll Be Doing As a Design Showroom Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Helping walk-in customers select the right stone and countertop materials for their projects. Answering technical questions and providing guidance on marble, granite, quartz, and solid surface products. Learning how to review project specifications, blueprints, and related documents to support accurate project estimates. Assisting in the development of project budgets and material takeoffs. Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and customers to gather information needed for estimates. Supporting the sales and project teams throughout the quoting and project planning process. What You Bring At least 1 year of showroom, customer service, retail sales, or related experience. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Interest in learning the stone fabrication and countertop industry. Ability to read technical documents or willingness to learn estimation processes. Experience in countertop estimating or the stone industry (Preferred). Knowledge of marble, granite, quartz, or other stone products (Preferred).
