Rustic & Main is a unique jewelry company specializing in handcrafted wedding bands and custom jewelry that tell a story. We incorporate meaningful materials such as whiskey barrels, historic wood, and meteorite into our designs. We're looking for a skilled and passionate Bench Jeweler to join our on-site team in Huntersville, NC. If you have expertise in jewelry 3D modeling, CAD, casting, stone setting, jewelry repair, and a background in gemology or lapidary, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Utilize 3D modeling and CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, ZBrush) to design and refine jewelry pieces. Manage and execute the casting process with attention to quality and detail. Perform professional stone setting using various techniques to ensure durability and beauty. Handle jewelry repairs, including resizing, soldering, and replacing components. Work with unique materials like wood, meteorite, and gemstones, blending creativity with precision. Collaborate closely with the design and production team to create custom, high-quality jewelry. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure tools and equipment are well cared for. Leverage gemology and lapidary expertise to select, cut, and prepare gemstones for custom designs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bench Jeweler. Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software for jewelry design. Hands-on experience with casting and metalworking processes. Advanced skills in stone setting, soldering, and jewelry repair. Background in gemology and/or lapidary work is highly preferred. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to craftsmanship and quality. Ability to work full-time on-site in Huntersville, NC. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
