We are currently looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, reliable and positive Bench Jeweler for a full-time position at our Philadelphia location. Key Responsibilities Degree from college or technical school, two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Superior knowledge of jeweler's tools, machinery, and equipment Solid understanding of the jewelry making process and techniques Experience with precious metals: cleaning castings, hand fabrication, polishing, and stone setting Solid repair skills as well as experience sizing bands Strong communication, writing and email skills, highly organized, and detail oriented Trustworthy, considerate, and enthusiastic personality Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner with production team Ideal qualities include: A passion for ethical, sustainable, and responsible design Experience with production software preferred CAD skills and experience specific to jewelry is a plus (Rhinoceros 5.0, Rhinogold, Solid Works or Matrix) GIA certification is a plus Experience operating 3D printing equipment Laser welding + permanent jewelry experience is a plus About Our Team We are deeply committed to environmental responsibility, ethical sourcing, and marriage equality. Compensation:
In addition to a competitive base salary ranging from $24-30 an hour, we offer: Incentive Bonuses 401(k)
