Hiring is one of the most important things we do. Each associate contributes greatly to the success of this growing company founded by Paul Morelli in 1981. At Paul Morelli, you'll find a dynamic, highly passionate team working in a brand-new state of the art studio. We are results oriented and work together to meet our goals. We seek to delight our customers by utilizing a combination of modern and old world fabrication techniques to develop and produce the best fine jewelry in the US. Qualifications At least 3 years of production experience setting diamonds and colored stones in standard prong settings, bezel settings, and burnishing. Experience with pave, micro-pave, and other advanced techniques are a big plus but not necessary. Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines in a demanding environment Ability to follow instructions and understand that you are a part of a team Bench jeweler experience is not necessary but would be looked upon very favorably during the hiring process if you are able to work on pieces from start to finish. Compensation Compensation will be determined after an initial paid trial period, lasting no longer than one week.
