$30-$50 per hour, depending on experience We are seeking an experienced Full-Arch Dental Lab Designer to join our growing in-house dental laboratory. This is a highly specialized position for a designer with proven full-arch experience and advanced proficiency in Exocad. This is an on-site position. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available. Responsibilities Design full-arch implant restorations using Exocad Design All-on-X provisional and final prostheses Review scans, implant positions, bite records, photographs, and clinical prescriptions Create accurate, functional, and esthetic designs ready for printing, milling, or fabrication Design diagnostic wax-ups, immediate-load provisionals, and final full-arch restorations Evaluate occlusion, vertical dimension, tooth position, emergence profile, tissue adaptation, and restorative space Collaborate directly with surgeons, restorative dentists, ceramists, and laboratory technicians Identify incomplete or inaccurate records before cases enter production Make design adjustments based on clinical and laboratory feedback Maintain organized digital case files and meet required turnaround times Perform quality-control reviews before releasing designs for production Support the continued development of efficient full-arch digital workflows Required Qualifications Proven experience designing full-arch implant restorations Advanced working knowledge of Exocad design software Strong understanding of All-on-X restorative workflows Knowledge of implant components, restorative space, occlusion, and full-arch function Ability to review and work with STL files, intraoral scans, photogrammetry records, and digital case information Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize potential clinical or manufacturing problems Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines Clear communication and willingness to collaborate closely with the clinical and laboratory teams Must be able to work in person at our Roseville location Preferred Qualifications Experience with immediate-load full-arch workflows Experience designing both provisional and final zirconia or PMMA restorations Familiarity with photogrammetry, digital dentures, facial scans, and guided full-arch workflows Experience working in a high-volume implant center or in-house dental laboratory Knowledge of 3D printing, milling, nesting, and production workflows Compensation The position pays $30-$50 per hour , depending on demonstrated full-arch design experience, Exocad proficiency, speed, quality, and overall technical ability. Candidates may be asked to complete a practical design assessment as part of the interview process.
