Part Time Front Desk + Piercing Apprentice

We are a professional, tattoo and piercing shop that values excellent customer service and creativity. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist with the exciting opportunity to also train as a Piercing Apprentice . Responsibilities Front Desk Duties (Primary Role): Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere Answer phones and manage the schedule Handle payments and maintain accurate records Keep the shop clean and organized Assist with customer questions about services, jewelry, and aftercare Apprenticeship Duties (Training Role): Learn piercing techniques under the guidance of experienced piercer Observe and assist during procedures Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards Help set up and break down piercing station Continue developing knowledge about jewelry, anatomy, and aftercare Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Detail-oriented and organized Able to multitask in a busy environment Interest in body piercing and willingness to learn
