We are seeking an accomplished Master Bench Jeweler with extensive experience in fine jewelry repair, restoration, fabrication, and stone setting. Key Responsibilities Complete advanced jewelry repairs, restorations, and alterations with exceptional precision Perform ring sizing, chain and clasp repair, soldering, prong rebuilding, retipping, stone tightening, and other bench work Set and reset diamonds, gemstones, and other precious stones using multiple setting techniques Fabricate, assemble, and modify fine jewelry in gold, platinum, silver, and other precious metals Restore antique, estate, and heirloom jewelry while preserving each piece's integrity Polish, refinish, clean, and inspect completed work to luxury-quality standards Identify repair concerns and recommend appropriate solutions before work begins Accurately estimate labor, materials, and completion time for repair and custom projects Maintain detailed repair documentation and follow established security procedures Manage workflow effectively while meeting promised completion dates Properly maintain bench tools, machinery, and equipment Collaborate with sales associates and management to deliver an exceptional client experience Maintain consistent quality control throughout every stage of production and repair Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional bench-jeweler experience required Advanced proficiency in jewelry repair, fabrication, restoration, and stone setting Demonstrated experience working with diamonds, gemstones, gold, and platinum Strong soldering, laser-welding, polishing, and finishing skills Ability to evaluate jewelry accurately and identify structural or setting concerns Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to superior craftsmanship Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines Professional, dependable, organized, and team-oriented GIA, JA, or other recognized jewelry-industry credentials are preferred but not required Custom-design, hand-fabrication, engraving, or CAD/CAM experience is a plus Applicants may be asked to provide examples of previous work and complete a practical bench assessment Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee jewelry discount Pay $80,000 per year not including commission and bonuses.

Store Hours Tuesday-Friday:

9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Saturday:

9:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Sunday and Monday:
