The Role:

Evaluate and authenticate luxury watches (Rolex, Patek Philippe, AP, Omega, Cartier) Build client relationships from consultation through sale Catalog high-value inventory with precision and accuracy Collaborate with in-house jeweler, e-commerce, and marketing teams Manage CRM/POS systems and client journey Handle transactions in store such as purchasing, consignments, and sales.

You Have:

Luxury watch experience (Rolex, Swiss brands, authentication) strongly preferred Background in fine jewelry/diamonds ideal working in a family owned business Strong communication skills with high-net-worth clients Tech comfort: CRM, POS, inventory systems Exceptional attention to detail Professional presence and reliability
