We're known for our thoughtful design, commitment to sustainability, and fresh take on bridal, with features in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and beyond. We're hiring an on-site Studio Manager to lead our Dallas studio. This role is perfect for a design-savvy, detail-driven diamond professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and loves building strong relationships. You'll bring proven management experience, 4+ years of jewelry sales experience (ideally across both lab-grown and natural diamonds), a sharp eye for design, and exceptional communication and organizational skills. Key Duties & Responsibilities Own overall studio performance, including monthly sales goals, benchmarks, and KPIs Consistently meet store sales targets through personal selling and by coaching team members to do the same Use performance data to assess results, identify opportunities, and adjust sales strategy as needed Guide and educate the bespoke design team on diamonds, settings, and effective sales tactics Lead clients through diamond selection and custom ring design, from first conversation to final purchase Confidently advise on the 4Cs and provide thoughtful, expert feedback on diamond options Advise on all aspects of ring design, making clear recommendations on setting style, band details, and overall aesthetic Act as the primary point of contact for high-value and ongoing client relationships Ensure every client feels confident, informed, and excited about their once-in-a-lifetime purchase Coach, develop, and support team members in a fast-paced, design-driven environment Liaise with NYC gemology and sales teams to ensure diamonds are available for appointments Organize and manage weekly diamond shipments Partner with the house gemologist to source, select, and present diamonds Maintain showroom appearance and ensure supplies are stocked as needed Serve as point of contact for the building manager regarding studio-related issues Support inbound phone calls, chats, and emails as needed to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements and Experience:
Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles, trends, and diamond fundamentals Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a client-facing environment 3+ years of management experience with responsibility for team performance 4+ years of sales experience, ideally in jewelry, bridal, or a luxury retail setting Excellent communication skills with a consultative, confidence-building approach Keen eye for design detail paired with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines at once Proactive, creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using data and tools (Google Sheets / Excel) to track performance and stay organized GIA training a plus Adobe Illustrator experience a plus

Starts at 70K +
