In this role, you will be responsible for selling high-quality jewelry while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customers receive the best value in the market. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable jewelry options. Educate customers on jewelry pricing, including value based on price per gram. Deliver an outstanding, personalized shopping experience built on respect and trust. Assist customers with price matching to guarantee the best possible deal. Work closely with the finance department to offer financing solutions, as approximately 80% of sales are financed. Increase earning potential by promoting additional products and services offered through our finance partners. Qualifications Previous sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry (preferred but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Knowledge of jewelry materials and pricing is a plus. A genuine passion for customer service and sales.
