Job Description
Join KeepsakeMom, a growing studio specializing in fine-detail, handcrafted production for resin keepsake jewelry. This role focuses on creating small, precision components using resin and finishing techniques, working within repeatable studio processes in a clean, hands-on environment. Training is provided, and prior jewelry experience is not required. What You'll Do Produce resin-based keepsake jewelry, including rings, pendants, earrings, and other custom designs. Handle casting, sanding, polishing, assembly, and finishing of acrylic resin jewelry components. Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality standards on every piece. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment. We work with pre-cast settings; this role focuses on resin components rather than metal fabrication. What We're Looking For Experience with fine detail or hands-on work (resin/acrylic art, craft production, esthetics, lab or studio work, or similar roles) Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for small, delicate, and precise work. A passion for craftsmanship and creating meaningful, keepsake-quality products. Ability to work independently and take ownership of production tasks. Comfortable using small tools, polishing equipment, and light machinery. This is hands-on, detailed work performed in a production studio environment with an emphasis on consistency and quality, and speed. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and skill set.
