Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technician III - Locksmith with at least 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should possess an advanced knowledge of mechanical and electronic locks, as well as familiarity with the power tools used in the application. The candidate must also be able to stoop, bend, crouch, climb ladders, and work in high areas. Additionally, the candidate must be available to work some weekends, holidays, and evenings. The candidate must have a professional manner with excellent communication skills speaking, reading, and writing in English. As part of their responsibilities, Technician III will be required to work collaboratively with other team members.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience working as a Locksmith. Additionally, candidates must: Possess advanced knowledge of mechanical and electronic locks Have familiarity with power tools used in the application Be flexible with your work schedule Be able to stoop, bend, crouch, climb ladders, and work in high areas Have a professional manner with excellent communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing in English Be able to work collaboratively with other team members Be willing to perform basic electrical duties as required (training will be provided)

Responsibilities:

Technician III will be responsible for: Installing and repairing mechanical and electronic locks Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to locks and associated hardware Maintaining inventory of necessary parts and tools Ensuring that all work is completed in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
