Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Locksmith Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess basic skills understanding of automotive Basics, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Locksmith technicians , you will be responsible for programming, repairing, and duplicating various automotive locking systems . Responsibilities Duplicate, repair, and replace locks, car key replacement , and other security devices. Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in locksmithing. If you are not great with communicating with customers ( Do not apply ) Qualifications Some experience as a Locksmith or in a similar role is preferred. (Will Train qualified candidate) Familiarity with using basic mechanical tools and or automotive equipment . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients. Valid driver's license required for company car. ( Clean Driving Record ) Some customer service experience ( required ) We are dress and attitude to impress business . Basic Computer skills required .
