$25.00 per hour + Performance Bonus Chandler Campbelle and Daschle (CCD) is seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team for a temporary mailbox lock replacement project throughout the Chicago area. This full-time, seasonal position offers a competitive starting wage of $25.00 per hour, plus a performance bonus for every mailbox lock replaced. Teams are expected to achieve a daily production goal of 50 mailbox locks per day, providing an excellent opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. The ideal candidate must be able to use hand tools and have some maintenance experience. Responsibilities include removing and replacing mailbox locks, verifying that each lock functions properly, accurately documenting completed work, following all company safety procedures, and providing professional customer service while interacting with residents and property managers. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while standing, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday temporary assignment with 8-12 -hour shifts. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
