Fluent Description We are seeking dependable, competent Technicians . This is a great opportunity to use your experience and skills to assist us in providing superior customer service to our Malik Lighting & Signs Inc. customers.

Responsibilities:

Install and repair the Customers' Price Signs, Light Poles, Lighting, MID, electrical,electronics,andCanopies

• Repair, clean, and maintain the gutter systems on the Canopy for our customers
• Some of the other duties are: T echnicians take before and after photos, measurements, and notes, and upload them to Jobber Technicians look for other opportunities for more business by looking around to see if there is any other work that can be brought to the Customer's attention Technician adds these other opportunities in Jobber Technician calls the office to see if a Quote can be prepared immediately Technician(s) are Independent Contractor(s) Checks In and Out on Jobber Takes before and after photos and uploads to Jobber Completes 6 Sigma Quality Checklist Obtains site Manager's approval and payment Sign the Work Order that it is completed • Effectively work with other staff and technicians and be a valued team member.

• Resolves customers' issues professionally, quickly, and clearly.

Qualifications We are looking for:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a Technician role, and have electrical knowledge and experience. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English is required. Total fluency in Spanish, English, and Hindi is preferred. Effective multi-lingual verbal & written communication skills. Have computer systems skills; knowledge of the Jobber, Jibble, and Expensify apps is a plus. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
