Your hands-on skills and technical knowledge will empower you to solve problems efficiently and effectively, making a significant impact on our customers' peace of mind. Join us in delivering top-notch locksmith services that keep our community secure! What you'll do Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks, including deadbolts, padlocks, and electronic locking systems. Unlock houses and vehicles, originate automotive keys and program transponder keys. Respond promptly to emergency lockout situations, providing quick and reliable assistance to clients. Create duplicate keys and rekey locks as necessary to ensure optimal security for clients. Conduct security assessments for residential and commercial properties to recommend appropriate locking solutions. Maintain accurate records of all services performed and inventory of tools and materials used. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Basic qualifications Proven experience as a locksmith or in a similar role. Training is provided as well as tolls. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments. Ability to respond to calls as they come in. A reliable form of transportation. Ability to pass background check and drug test. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with advanced locking mechanisms and electronic security systems. Certification from a recognized locksmithing program or relevant training courses. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to locksmithing.
