Job Description
Job Overview Join One of Texas' Leading Automotive Recovery Companies I R Services is seeking a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined Automotive Locksmith to join our growing team. If you have experience cutting and programming automotive keys, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you. This is a fast-paced position supporting our repossession and recovery operations by creating replacement keys for a wide variety of vehicles. Responsibilities Responsibilities Cut and program automotive keys and key fobs. Perform all-key-lost programming and immobilizer functions. Diagnose key, transponder, and ignition-related issues. Maintain key inventory, programming equipment, and tools. Document completed work accurately. Coordinate with dispatch and operations to prioritize jobs. Travel to company lots and field locations as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Follow all company safety and compliance procedures. Preferred Qualifications Automotive locksmith experience preferred. Experience with key programming equipment such as Autel, Smart Pro, Xhorse, AutoProPad, or similar. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to troubleshoot electrical and immobilizer systems. Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
