Qualifications & Specifications Trade Expertise:

Minimum 2 years of experience in locksmithing. Proficiency in commercial and residential hardware is required (lock rekey and installation, electronic locks, storefront hardware, exit devices, door closers, and access control).

Technical Autonomy:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently while on-site.

Credentialing:

Must be able to pass a Texas DPS Background Check and possess a valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Soft Skills:

A professional appearance and a commitment to "customer-first" communication.

Bonus Skills:

Automotive locksmithing experience and bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are highly valued.

Position Details Flexibility:

Full-Time, Part-Time, and Contractor/Commission roles available.

Availability:

We offer various shift options, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$55,000 - $95,000 per year (Starting pay based on experience and performance).
