Monday-Saturday (On-Call, 12-Hour Availability) About the Opportunity We are a growing locksmith company looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build a long-term career and skillset. This is a performance-based role within the service industry, meaning the better you perform, the more money you make. You will start with foundational work and continue learning higher-paying skills as you grow. What You'll Be Doing Responding to incoming jobs and dispatches Communicating clearly with customers Discussing pricing and providing solutions Performing services such as: Lockouts (home and vehicle) Lock changes and rekeys Progressing into commercial work Learning automotive key programming (advanced work)

Automotive key programming As your skillset improves, you will take on more jobs and higher-value work. Top-performing technicians who are fully trained across all services can expect to earn $1,500-$2,000+ per week.

Pay Starting:
