Athens, Alabama We are hiring a CNC Machinist to join a medical device manufacturing company focused on precision, quality, and consistency. Position Overview The CNC Machinist role is situated within a manufacturing plant environment with a typically moderate noise level. This position will begin with paid training on day shift before transitioning to second shift. The company offers multiple shift options and opportunities for long-term stability. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) producing medical device components Load raw materials and tooling, make offsets, and perform tool changes as needed Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards required for medical manufacturing Follow safety, quality, and clean manufacturing procedures

Training & Shifts Training Period:

Day shift for 2-3 months

m., Monday through Thursday Second Shift (After Training):

Hours:

4:30 p.m.

• 3:30 a.

m. Includes a shift differential Weekend Shift Options (Available):

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
