00 per hour (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Day Shift Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a well-established Gulf Coast manufacturing company? We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with both mill and lathe experience to join our growing team in Mobile, Alabama. This company has been serving industrial customers for over a century and operates one of the region's largest machining and fabrication facilities, featuring advanced CNC equipment, climate-controlled machine shop space, and multi-axis machining capabilities. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Select tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other inspection equipment Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed Produce high-quality parts while maintaining tight tolerances Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced machine shop environment What We're Looking For Previous CNC machining experience required Experience operating both CNC mills and CNC lathes Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, and precision measurement Experience with multi-axis machining is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Reliable attendance and commitment to quality workmanship Why Apply?
