Compensation and Perks Hourly compensation reaching $30 based on your professional background Annual incentive bonuses Opportunities for salary increases and performance-based rewards Paid time off for holidays and vacation Comprehensive medical, dental, and SEP IRA coverage A well-maintained, climate-controlled facility A consistent 4-day schedule from Monday through Thursday Extended 10-hour daily shifts Relocation support for eligible applicants Core Responsibilities Configure, run, and fine-tune CNC milling and turning equipment Analyze technical drawings and manufacturing schematics to guide production Prepare and mount necessary tooling, fixtures, and workholding components Execute program modifications, tool swaps, and offset adjustments to ensure optimal output Verify the quality and precision of completed components to meet strict standards Use advanced measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges to maintain high accuracy Contribute to a tidy and hazard-free workspace for the entire production team Partner with quality and engineering departments to troubleshoot and resolve machining challenges Carry out routine equipment upkeep and basic diagnostic tasks Required Qualifications At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a CNC machining role Proven proficiency with Okuma and Fanuc control interfaces Strong ability to interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirements Advanced understanding of G-code and program modification Expertise in the application of precision measurement instrumentation Solid mechanical problem-solving abilities and mathematical proficiency Physical capability to stand for long durations and lift up to 50 lbs Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent certification
