Job Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC mills and/or lathes, with the ability to perform their own setups. You will be responsible for reading and following detailed work instructions, interpreting technical drawings, and actively supporting our AS9100 quality program. Duties Operate CNC mill and/or lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Perform machine setups independently, including installing tools, fixtures, and programs. Read and follow detailed work instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to meet design and quality requirements. Conduct quality inspections and maintain documentation in compliance with AS9100 standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC operator, specifically with mills and/or lathes. Proficiency in performing machine setups independently. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong understanding of work instructions and quality control processes. Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality management systems. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining is a plus.
