AM Overtime:
Consistent 10-15 hours per week available What You'll Be Doing As a CNC Machinist, you'll help manufacture precision aerospace components while developing your technical skills in a highly supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality aerospace parts Set up tooling, load programs, adjust offsets, and assist with fixture preparation Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Learn advanced machining techniques through hands-on training and mentorship Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and workflow What We're Looking For Required Qualifications CNC machining experience at any level or relevant machining education/training Ability to read and interpret blueprints Basic inspection and measurement experience Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift and participate in overtime Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Desire to learn, grow, and advance within manufacturing Preferred Qualifications NTMA, vocational, or trade school training 6+ months of CNC machining experience Experience with Haas machines Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience Interest in growing into setup, programming, or leadership roles Work Environment Join a clean, organized aerospace manufacturing facility equipped with modern CNC lathes, mills, and Haas machines. Full-time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available | Consistent Overtime Available Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
