We are seeking an experienced Precision Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who takes pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and solving manufacturing challenges. Prior broach-manufacturing experience is not required. We will train the right candidate in our specialized broach tooling, sharpening, and precision grinding processes.

Responsibilities may include:

CNC and manual grinding Outside-diameter (OD) grinding Surface grinding Round sharpening Precision turning and milling Broach-tool manufacturing Fixture, tooling, and workholding fabrication Inspection and process verification Qualified candidates should have experience with several of the following: Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints GD&T, tolerances, fits, and concentricity Manual and/or CNC lathe operation Milling and surface grinding Micrometers, indicators, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments Machining and grinding to close tolerances Setting up and troubleshooting machining operations Experience in tool & die, mold making, tool-room machining, precision grinding, fixture making, or precision tooling is especially valuable.
