Job Description

CNC Swiss Screw Set up Machinists needed in El Cajon, CA. 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm Monday-Friday+ overtime $30-$40/hr. DOE Temp to hire opportunities
Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for both setup and operation of Citizen L12 CNC machines to produce small, high-precision components. Set up and operate Citizen L12 CNC machines. Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and setup sheets to ensure accurate machining and part conformance. Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets for each job. Perform first-article inspections and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve setup and machining issues. Minimum of 5-7 years of CNC machining experience, with at least 3 years operating and setting up Swiss-style CNC machines Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T Strong experience with Citizen, Nakamura, Star, or Tsugami machines
