Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
Operating Multi-Axis, Palletized and Automated CNC milling machines to create precision parts. Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to meet machining requirements. Utilizing GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles for accuracy. Performing maintenance on CNC equipment and conducting quality inspections. Collaborating with engineers and programmers to refine processes. Applying lean manufacturing practices for improved efficiency and reduced waste. Keeping precise records of production and machine settings.
Qualifications:
Experience with CNC Mill machining, preferably 5 Axis / Multi Pallet mills. Understanding of advances machining functions and probing (Tilted Work Plane, WSEC, TCP) Proficiency in GD&T and blueprint reading. Basic math skills for measurement and calculations. CAD/CAM software experience is a plus. Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques (optional). A keen attention to detail and cleanliness in the workspace. A good hard working attitute and a desire to manufacture cool things in a fast-moving environment.
