The Must-Haves Before You Clock In Minimum 5 years of machining/tooling experience Strong experience with CNC machining (setup and operation required; basic programming preferred) At least 1 year of CNC experience (combination with manual machining acceptable) Solid manual machining experience Experience with tool sharpening, mold repair, and tooling maintenance Background in heavy machining environments Ability to work with materials such as steel, aluminum, and other metals Strong ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T High school diploma or equivalent required
