Job Description

CNC LATHE MACHINIST DBC
Engineering LLC is a growing aerospace manufacturing company specializing in precision machining. We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team.
POSITION
CNC
LATHE MACHINIST JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision aerospace components. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Load and unload parts and properly secure workpieces. Select and install appropriate cutting tools and tooling. Make offsets and adjustments to maintain part dimensions and quality. Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment. Identify and correct machining issues as needed. Follow established work instructions, procedures, and quality requirements. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety and quality policies. Work closely with Quality and Manufacturing personnel to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous CNC lathe machining experience required. Aerospace machining experience preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints and GD&T. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Ability to make tooling and machine adjustments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
Pay:
$25.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
