Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist and Setup Man to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC Milling machines. Duties Set up CNC milling machines, ensuring proper tooling and clamping system and fixtures. Knowing basic master cam is plus. Reading and understanding blueprints and technical drawings. (training will be available) Know how to use QC tools, like Calippers, Micrometers, dial indicators Troubleshoot machining issues promptly by adjusting machine parameters or tooling setups; perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to maximize uptime. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC milling machines. Proficiency in reading mechanical blueprints and interpreting technical drawings accurately. Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, feeds, speeds, and tolerances required during setup and operation. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality assurance in all tasks performed.
