$27.00 - $33.00 DOE Must have the personality and temperament to work as part of a team. The individual will be required to work on a variety of CNC machine tools working on simple parts under the guidance of their supervisor and team members.- General Housekeeping including keeping machines and work area, both clean & safe.
- Responsible for using MES to accurately track production activity.
- Assist Lead person as needed.
- Sign off Work order operations and physically move parts to next operation.
- When possible, operate multiple machines to maximize production hours. Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to lift/pull/push up to 35 pounds.
- Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, and chemicals, with protective equipment provided as needed.

- Must be able to wear the necessary PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, ear plugs, etc.)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Overtime and weekends could be required during heavy workload or to meet special customer demand.
- Flexible to train in other work areas as needed.
- Must epitomize the Company core values: safety, excellence, and respect.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and work instructions and check parts at the machine using basic measuring tools.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation including setting tools and offsets.
