We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about precision machining and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to engineering specifications and production schedules. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements. Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet tolerances and specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus. Proven experience as a CNC lathe operator or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine set-up procedures. Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming languages. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a machining environment.
