Basic Qualifications:

• ) Experience setting up and operating Flow waterjet equipment.
• ) Understanding of machining theory and machining strategies.
• ) Ability to read, understand, and interpret mechanical drawings and tolerances.
• ) Ability to use common machine shop hand tools and precision measurement equipment.
• ) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ) Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments effectively.
• ) Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• ) Ability to work with limited supervision and make independent decisions.
• ) Ability to read, write, and interpret technical documentation and procedure manuals.
• ) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• ) Self-motivated with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity.
• ) Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ) Experience programming with Flow software.
• ) Experience with 5-Axis waterjet equipment.
• ) Prior experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• ) Formal machinist apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
• ) Experience working with composite materials and precision manufacturing processes.
