Responsibilities Operate CNC laser cutting machines, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other fabrication equipment with precision and attention to detail Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure accurate production Set up and program CNC machinery, including laser cutters, plasma cutters, and machining centers, following established procedures Perform welding tasks using various techniques to assemble fabricated parts according to specifications Utilize hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality inspection and measurement verification Manage material handling equipment such as forklifts and cranes safely during loading, unloading, and movement of sheet metal and fabricated components Conduct routine maintenance on machinery like press brakes, stamping presses, and electrical discharge machining (EDM) equipment to ensure optimal operation Follow safety protocols diligently while working with sheet metal fabrication processes and heavy machinery Experience Proven experience operating CNC machinery including laser cutting, plasma cutting, milling machines, lathes, or similar manufacturing equipment Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in fabrication processes such as welding, stamping, or assembly Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately Knowledge of tooling setup and adjustment for various fabrication tasks Ability to use precision measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges for quality inspection Experience working with hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to machining and assembly tasks Join us in shaping the future of manufacturing by bringing craftsmanship and innovation together!
