If you can take a print and deliver quality parts on time , we want you on our team. What You'll Do Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes Write and edit G-code at the machine Read complex blueprints and GD&T Select tooling, set offsets, and optimize cycle times Hold tight tolerances and ensure first-pass quality Troubleshoot machining and programming issues What We're Looking For 7+ years CNC lathe experience Strong CNC programming skills Expert blueprint reading and GD&T Ability to work independently from print to part Ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines Nice to Have Live tooling / Y-axis experience Aerospace or high-precision machining background What We Offer Top pay for top talent (DOE) Overtime available Clean, well-equipped shop Stable work and strong team culture
