This role is ideal for a skilled machinist with strong aerospace manufacturing experience who is confident setting up, operating, and producing precision components on CNC lathes and mills. The Aerospace CNC Lathe/Mill Machinist will work in a high-precision production environment where quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision aerospace components. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet tight tolerances. Make machine adjustments, offsets, and tooling changes as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. Maintain accurate production records and communicate issues related to tooling, materials, or part quality.

Compensation and Benefits Pay range:

$30.00 to $40.00 per hour.
