  Shift is Monday
• Friday 7:00am
• 3:30pm.

Must have desire to grow and learn and eventually lead/supervise. Set up and operate CNC milling machines and related equipment to machine plastic components and thermoforming molds according to work orders, blueprints, and specifications. Participate in the design and machining of molds and tooling for plastic thermoforming using CAD/CAM software (experience with Mastercam preferred). Perform basic edits/programming to CNC programs under supervision. Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure conformance to specifications. Assist with secondary operations such as trimming, deburring, and light assembly as needed. Communicate clearly with the Lead Machinist and Production Manager to ensure production goals and quality standards are met. 3+ years of experience as a CNC machinist or in a similar machining role (plastics and mold-making experience preferred). Familiarity with the design and machining of molds for plastic thermoforming is a strong plus but not necessary (training will take place). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop documentation. Basic knowledge of G-code and CNC machine operation; experience with Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software is a plus. Comfortable working with hand tools and measurement instruments. Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
