$26.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Are you an experienced CNC Mill Machinist looking to work with advanced machining equipment and complex precision parts? We are seeking a skilled machinist with 5+ years of CNC milling experience to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals experienced with CNC machining, blueprint reading, GD&T, Fanuc controls, and 4-axis or 5-axis machining centers. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Technical training in machining, manufacturing, or CNC technology preferred Machining certifications are a plus Experience Requirements Minimum of 5 years of CNC milling or CNC machining experience required Experience with 4-axis and/or 5-axis machining centers preferred Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Experience working with Fanuc controls preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and schematics Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and CNC program editing Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mathematical skills Experience using precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and gauges Job Duties Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and engineering specifications Select and install tooling, fixtures, and materials for machining operations Perform machine setup, calibration, and adjustments to maintain precision Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments Edit CNC programs and recommend process improvements Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and production teams to resolve machining issues Maintain quality standards, production efficiency, and workplace safety Accurately document production activity and inspection results Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around machining equipment throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, tooling, and components weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate CNC machinery and precision measuring equipment.
