Weekly Benefits Full Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Weekly Pay Monday-Friday Schedule Opportunity to work in a precision manufacturing environment serving demanding industries Job Summary We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Naples, FL. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machining equipment to produce precision components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards. Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area. Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues as they arise. Record production and inspection data accurately. Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Support production schedules and meet established productivity goals. Participate in required safety, quality, and compliance training programs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous CNC machining experience preferred. Experience setting up and operating CNC machines. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong understanding of machining tolerances and quality control processes. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed. Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or other precision machining environments is a plus. Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO quality standards is preferred. Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
