CNC Machinist (Open to all manufacturing/machine operating experience) $28-$34/hr

Load programs, adjust offsets, and optimize machining processes. Read blueprints, technical drawings, travelers, and work orders. Machine precision components to tight tolerances and customer specifications. Utilize GD&T principles and precision measuring equipment to verify quality. Troubleshoot machining issues and make process adjustments to maximize efficiency. Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other measuring tools. Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain equipment reliability. Support lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives while maintaining a safe workspace. What We're Looking For 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred. Experience with CNC mills, lathes, grinders, or surface grinders. Ability to perform setups and operate machines with minimal supervision. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge. Experience holding tight tolerances and performing precision inspections. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Background in aerospace, semiconductor, medical device, or other precision manufacturing environments is highly valued. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
