This position offers the chance to work in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment producing high-precision metal components used in advanced machinery and equipment. Whether you have machining school experience or several years of hands-on CNC programming and setup experience, we have opportunities available across multiple skill levels.

Full-Time | 1st & 2ndShift Available Pay :
$30.00 - $44.00 per hour, depending on experienceAvailable Shifts:
1st Shift Monday-Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Candidates hired for 2nd shift will train on 1st shift for approximately 1-2 months before transitioning to their assigned schedule.Job Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and speed-cell machines Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Machine components to tight tolerances Utilize precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and gauges Perform machine setups and changeovers Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust offsets as needed Operate manual machining equipment including lathes, mills, and surface grinders Select proper tooling and gauging for production runs Support production and assembly requirements Maintain quality and safety standards throughout manufacturing processesQualifications:
3+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with setup, operation, and programming of CNC equipment Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills Proficiency with G-Code and M-Code Experience maintaining tight tolerances OD/ID grinding experience Large CNC lathe experience Mill-turn or 5-axis machining experience Manual machining experience Mazatrol controls experience Mastercam programming or editing experience Rigging or crane operation experience Technical or vocational machining certificationWork Environment:

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $44.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
