  • $23-25/hr DOE | 4-Day Workweek | North Denver, CO Experienced with CNC milling and precision machining?
If you've worked as a CNC Mill Operator, CNC Mill Machinist, or in any role involving machine set-up and precision part production, this is your chance to join a dynamic North Denver manufacturing team. This role offers a steady 4-day schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work with high-quality equipment in a forward-moving production environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare CNC milling machines for production, including loading raw materials, selecting tools, and configuring machine settings Operate and monitor CNC milling machines, making adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues on machines Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies What We're Looking For Prior CNC milling experience required, including machine operation, tooling, and programming knowledge Background in manufacturing, with a focus on precision machining Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools to verify dimensions Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety Benefits of Working with Us Weekly pay Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance 401(K)
