- 2:30 pm Purpose and Scope This role is responsible for supporting manufacturing, maintenance and engineering operations through manual machining, fabrication, welding, equipment modification and custom part creation in a GMP regulated facility.

Minimum six years of experience in manual machining, maintenance machining, fabrication, toolmaking, equipment repair, or a closely related industrial trade; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Demonstrated experience operating manual lathes, milling machines, drill presses, grinders, saws, and other manual machine shop equipment. Experience fabricating, repairing, modifying, and rebuilding mechanical parts and equipment components. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, sketches, and mechanical documentation. Experience using precision measuring instruments to manufacture and inspect machined components. Preferred Accredited vocational, technical, apprenticeship, or trade school training in machining, fabrication, toolmaking, welding, or a related discipline. Welding experience including TIG, MIG, and stick welding. Experience supporting manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, or reliability functions within an industrial environment. Experience designing or modifying tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment components. Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software. Experience working in pharmaceutical, medical device, food manufacturing, aerospace, or other regulated manufacturing environments. Working Conditions Manufacturing, machine shop and warehouse environment. Exposure to machinery, moving equipment, noise, vibration, welding operations, metalworking fluids and fabrication activities. Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE). Some overtime and weekends may be required, including being "on-call" as needed.Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$35.00- $37.
