In this CNC Machinist opportunity, you'll independently program, set up, and operate precision equipment while holding tight tolerances with minimal supervision. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machinist position include: Independent CNC setup, programming, and operation experience—must be able to program from scratch, not only edit existing programs Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turn centers Program from scratch using Mastercam, EZCAM, Inventor HSM, or related CAM software Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, travelers, and setup sheets Select tooling and establish effective workholding and fixturing Set tool and work offsets accurately Hold tight tolerances consistently and perform in-process inspections before parts move to the next operation Use micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges, and other precision measurement equipment Work overtime when production schedules require it Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Salary:
$27.00-$35.00 per hour
