CNC Mill Machinist Job Description We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machine Operator to operate and set up vertical and horizontal multi-axis milling equipment used in the production of precision aerospace components. Openings are available for both 1st and 2nd shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong machine setup capabilities, aerospace machining experience, blueprint reading skills, and experience working with tight tolerances and precision measurement equipment. Responsibilities Operate CNC milling machinery. Perform inspections and read technical drawings and work instructions. Document manufacturing issues and participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Maintain a safe and organized work area and support production objectives. Essential Skills Experience in CNC Milling and machine operation. Proficiency in multi-axis machining and aerospace manufacturing. Ability in machine setup and blueprint reading. Expertise in precision inspection and tight tolerance machining. Skill in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments. Additional Skills & Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical machining education preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret machining code/programs.
