The company supports both military and commercial programs, producing tight tolerance components for established aerospace customers. Operations are based out of two facilities with a range of CNC equipment including multi-axis milling, turning, and assembly capabilities. The company maintains a focus on consistent quality, repeatable production, and on-time delivery within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Job Overview We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our growing team. This position is open to both skilled machinists and motivated entry-level candidates interested in developing a career in precision manufacturing. The machinist will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. Success in this role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce high-quality parts Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and technical documentation Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, bore gauges, and other precision instruments to verify dimensions Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance Ensure adherence to quality standards Collaborate with team members to improve processes and production efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process

Qualifications For Experienced Candidates:

Prior CNC machining experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
