$62,400 - $63,400 per year shift: Second work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM education: High School Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery, milling, or lathe equipment following technical drawings and setup sheets. Translate customer engineering drawings and specifications into logical manufacturing steps. Inspect first-piece output, tools, and parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators) to meet strict aerospace standards. Edit programs, adjust tooling, and resolve machine or process issues to ensure continuous improvement. Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production planning teams.
